Self-Installed Water Pipes


The relocation and renovation of water pipes are reluctant task for many especially on the time of their assembly itself. But thanks to a new fastening system, the installation is easier than ever.
The fastening system for hot and cold water throughout the house is suitable for drinking water and the heating installation. The system can be installed on and under plaster. It is easy to install and can easily to be connected to existing copper or iron pipes.
The aluminum composite pipes of wash basins for all applications over to the appropriate wave shower riser.
Step 1:
First hitting the slots in the wall and then fasten the horizontal mounting rail.
Step 2:
Unscrew the brass angle out from the sanitary connection boxes, and slide the plastic housing on the mounting rail.
Step 3:
Lengths of the pipe (16 or 20 mm) with a pipe cutter from a right angle.
Step 4:
All aluminum composite pipes must be calibrated after the cutting: Push this, type the Sizing up the attack in the pipe end and turn it several times.
Step 5:
Then move the support body of the adapter into the tube finish.
Step 6:
Now screw the nut of the adapter on the brass angle and tighten.
Step 7:
Screw the brass angle along with the plastic housing.
Step 8:
Seal now a distributor and shut-off valve with Teflon tape and screw it.
Step 09:
The bending spring can move the aluminum composite pipes in a narrow radius.
Step 10:
Copper pipe and galvanized steel pipes can be connected via appropriate adapters with the pipes.
